Job Description:
 Relevant Experience in PHP-based frameworks CakePHP / Zend / Codeigniter are preferred.  Team management of 15 – 20 members of Developers, Designers, Testers on multiple live projects.  Capable of overseeing the development of a useful in-house software library.  Experience in writing and coding programs.  Capable of architecting a Web Development team that matches client needs  Evaluating Team performance and talent hiring.  Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects  Must have strong experience on PHP, MYSQL, WORDPRESS, JHOOMLA, MAGENTO.  Superb client management, status reports and delivery skill.  Coordinating with International clients via email, chat and phone. Should have excellent command of English writing and speaking.  Must understand IT and Web Development Technologies. Should be from IT Background (Open source technologies)  Ability to analyze user needs, technical specifications Optional Skills: 1. Skill of Designing Database for Project . 2. Experience of integrating with Paypal or with any other payment gateway system. 3. Object oriented programming in PHP5 Knowledge of frameworks like CakePHP / Zend / Codeigniter are preferred.  Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines  Well versed with website development projects JOB SPECIFICATION:  Relevant Experience – 7 – 10 years.  Delivery Management  Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Tech/MCA Graduate  Communicate with International clients via email, chat and phone.  Experience in Technical Leadership and Talent Hiring.  Perform programming and correction of identified defect.  Prior Business management experience Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for demanding and customer focused working environment.
