Job Description:
Should have relevant experience in bidding on portals like Elance, ODesk, Freelancer etc. Should understand the client requirements, Identifies, defines, records and communicates user and functional requirements for necessary web projects. Must be strong in translating business requirements to technical resources (internal and external) in supporting the project. Prepare and maintains technical documentation, including use cases procedures. Build and grow relationships with key client contacts. Generating business through bidding in various portal like - odesk, elance, guru etc. & other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels Interact with clients for their technical requirements. Direct and online marketing of web based software applications. Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills. Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development. Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid Should have good written and oral communication skills Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies
