Job Description:
• 5-7 years of work experience in Advertising; 3-5 years in Advertising Analytics • Thorough understanding of digital ad systems • A deep understanding of revenue management (inventory and pricing) fundamentals and techniques • Proven ability to effectively create and manage audience segmentation based on advertising requirements • Excellent analytical, collaborative, and organizational abilities • Superb presentation, interaction, and communication skills • Evaluate profitability and conduct cost/benefit analysis of advertising deals and business partnerships • Manage advertising data management platform (DMP) and monetization via developed audience segments • Assist with the import of advertising data into Bhaskar’s DMPtial responsibilities of the position for which the individual is held accountable. • Track, monitor & communicate audience availability status & pricing of all digital advertising products and ad units • Set-up and execute premium deals through the SSP / ad server and monitor campaign delivery • Apply quantitative techniques and systems to drive yield optimization, increase operational efficiency.
