Job Description:
•At least 3 years of progressive experience with .NET (C#) programming in SharePoint. •Understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010. •Thorough understanding of SharePoint 2010 development best practices. •SharePoint 2013 App Development a plus. •Previous experience building custom Web Parts. •Previous experience building custom Workflow and timer jobs. •Previous experience using JavaScript and JQuery in SharePoint. •HTML/HTML 5. •SharePoint site Designing Page layouts •Hands on Coding skills and out of the box customization •Experience on Out of the Box features •Research, Design and implement high level architecture in SharePoint •Strong working knowledge of OOPS development •Working Experience in Agile (preferably SCRUM) methodology •Experience in working on complex enterprise applications- Web based •Must have completed more than 2 to 4 SharePoint projects •Working knowledge on IIS configurations and deployments •Accountability for and completion of every agreed upon goals for all sprints •Must always act with utmost professionalism, maturity, and have the ability to work through disagreements in a positive manner. •Must work well with others, both within and outside the team. •Must keep technical knowledge up to date and actively work to apply this knowledge on project •Must be able to perform under pressure •Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written •Must be open to work at odd hours if required •Must be able to write technical and deployment process documentation
