Job Description:
Job Description: • Handling and managing Routine Payables & Reconciliation of account payable , processing suppliers payments. • Must have experience in SAP and Excel. • Checking of Purchase correctness of rates and other terms and Conditions. • All Ledger entries as Purchase, Sales and other job work expense and maintaining payment transactions. • Preparation, analytical review and reporting of MIS. • Client handling (as like, credit note, debit note, outstanding bills & C form Detail). • Maintenance and processing of vendor agreements (MOU). • Bank reconciliation and banking operations. • Cash and bank voucher checking of branches. • Processing Invoices vendor payments, Vendor debits for accessories, discount, bad debts, penalties etc. • Controlling the credit payments. • Responsible for executing day to day transactions, daily accounting related activities of the organization. • Making Payment. • AP Ageing control: Monitoring AP Ageing on daily basis • Preparation detail of C Form, Sale tax return, TDS return, Vat Detail & Service Tax.
