•Team management and building, making KPI policy for better work development
Content Operations and Management
Content Acquisition- To acquire new content through partnership with content providers/producers on different genres for YouTube and other OTT/VOD platforms.
Content Creation.
•Cooperation with Video Creators (UGC & PGC and small and big production company) and invite them to join our platform, and lead the team for smooth and better coordination
•Take charge of the We-Media team and give the guideline to team members
•Plan an ecosystem where every user can become a creator(Identify potential video creators and arrange training program etc.)
Job Requirements:
•10-15 Year of Experience
•Have good negotiation and planning skills
•Good team building and management skills
•Good coordination and communication skills
•Have good understanding about the data and can make a conclusion out of it
•Know how to execute and result oriented
•Good Knowledge about video platform specially Youtube, Facebook etc(know their eco system very well)
•Have good understanding and connection with Video Content providers (MCN, Content Aggregators, Media Houses and Production companies)
•Good Understanding of AdWord, AdSence etc (Digital Ad platforms)
•Know about the Digital Advertising & Marketing Industry very well
•Know how brands spend on digital ads and can make a plan for us to attracts brands
•Ready to share his/her knowledge and also ready to learn new things (should be flexible) at the same time
